  • Excellent product with unique attributes that we get it and can preach the gospel.
  • Leadership of client is of high character, has track record of success, has a collaborative approach to business. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, we have a “No Assholes” rule. We just don’t want to work with them.
  • Client has enough capital or has access to capital 
  • Product has clear direction on shelf placement/ category 
  • No broker mess to clean up 
  • Packaging is buttoned up
